My Plexus story will never be Joe's Plexus story! I will not ever tell you about my great work out, or how many awesome steps I took today. More than likely, it'll be pics like this. Who-hoo! I took the furthest space at the grocery store!
I am so encouraged by other peoples posts abt workouts and exercise to get fit but for now I will focus on healthy on the inside.
