Caffeine and Anxiety
Clearly I had to make some changes in my diet. And for one year I completely gave up caffeine. I think it was a Christmas season that finally broke my resolve. Sugar too had to be cut way back. And then I tried counting carbs, counting protien, balancing carbs and protein, no sugar, fake sugar, and the pounds began to pile back on. No matter what I did or didn't do. And I felt awful. 3 months into this experiment with Plexus and I am slowly losing weight, I wake up feeling good! And I don't lean on coffee to keep me going! #tryplexus #icandomore #myplexusstory
